Services and Fees
Pre-adoption services include review of medical records, photographs and videos (if available),  correspondence with you, as well as all updates and communications from abroad.

All correspondence can be done by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please, send all materials to the below address. In your correspondence, please include your address, e-mail address, your fax number and your telephone number. As soon as I receive and review all the information, I will contact you either by telephone or by e-mail.  Sometimes, it is much more productive to talk on the telephone than to communicate through other electronic means.

Fees
Pre-adoption services are not covered by health insurance. The following fees apply:

 

 

 

Pre-adoption consultation and review of records                                                  

 $500 - one child

$700 – two children, siblings$800 – two children, non-siblings

$1000 – three children
Blind referrals - no information available upfront  (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine)      $750 per child  

Expedited review (does not apply to blind referrals): 

same day - $250 extra;    within 24 hours - $150 extra;    within 48 hours - $100 extra

Translation of Russian medical records (if desired) - $0.25 per Russian word.

Payment in US dollars by check or money order  or by PayPal is required prior to either a pre-adoption consultation or a blind referral. If you are using our services during your blind referral, please, contact Dr. Skurkovich to ensure his availability during your travel dates. This fee is non-refundable.

If paying by PayPal, please, go to www.PayPal.com and use skurkovich@gmail.com e-mail address to make a payment. If you desire an expedited review, please, calculate your total payment and pay by PayPal. Please, use “Send Money” section to send your payment.
